Role of Active Ingredient:
Benfotiamine is vitamin B1 congener that helps in in pain reduction and diabetic neuropathies and nephropathies.  
Pyridoxine and Methylcobalamin useful for the treatment of pernicious anemia, and promoting the overall health of the body, and supporting proper functioning of the brain.
Methylcobalamin is the neurologically active, most bioavailable and best utilized form of vitamin B12, and is the only form of vitamin B12 found in the brain. Methylcobalamin is effective at reversing nerve damage and neurological defects. 
Methylcobalamin can lower fasting homocysteine levels . An elevated homocysteine level risk for increased cardiovascular disease risk, and that supplementing with vitamin B12, can lower homocysteine levels. Low vitamin B12 levels may contribute to the elevated homocysteine levels found in fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue patients, and women prone to recurrent miscarriages.
