Product Description

V - Strant 50mg Injection contains the active constituent fulvestrant. It is used in the treatment of estrogen receptor-positive metastatic breast cancer in postmenopausal women. It is also used in combination with Palbociclib in the treatment of hormone receptor-positive, and human epidermal growth factor 2-negative breast cancer (metastatic). It is not recommended in patients with chronic liver problems. 

Talk to your doctor if you have bleeding disorders, bone diseases, alcoholism, liver or kidney problems. It is not recommended for adolescents and children under 18 years of age. Use effective birth control during the treatment and for at least 2 years after the last dose.  Inform your doctor if you experience any allergic reactions such as swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat while being treated with V - Strant 50mg Injection.

How to use

The V - Strant 50mg Injection will be given to you by health care professional. Do not attempt to inject yourself unless you are trained to do so by your physician or health care provider. Take exactly as your health care provider tells you to take

Side Effects

Serious: 

• Sudden signs of allergy (swelling of face, lips, tongue or throat)
• Risk of blood clots
• Liver failure
• Low level of platelets

Common: 

• Nausea, vomiting
• Diarrhea
• Backpain
• Weakness
• Joint and muscle pain
• Loss of appetite
• Feeling of intense heat with sweating
• Injection site reactions (pain, inflammation)
• Headache
• Vaginal bleeding
