MEXATE 5MG TABLET belongs to the class of medicines called 'anti-metabolites and immunosuppressants' used to treat active rheumatoid arthritis, including polyarticular juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, severe psoriasis, and severe psoriatic arthritis. MEXATE 5MG TABLET is used alone or in combination with other medicines to treat breast cancer, lung cancer, head and neck cancer, mycosis fungoides (type of blood cancer), and advanced stage non-Hodgkin's lymphomas (cancer that starts in the lymphatic system).

How to use

Take Mexate 5mg Tablet in dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. Do not take more Mexate 5mg Tablet than prescribed as it may harm you. Do not crush or chew the tablets.

Side Effects

Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all medicines cause side effects, not everyone gets them.
