Hepagress Capsule contains Bacillus clausii 2 billion CFU and lactoferrin 100mg. It is used in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection. Helicobacter pylori is a common bacterial infection which affects the stomach or duodenum and can lead to a peptic ulcer. The symptoms of this infection are unexplained weight loss, stomach pain, frequent burping, nausea, and bloating. This medication inhibits bacteria's growth and motility and helps reduce the common side effects associated with anti-helicobacter pylori therapy.
