Product Description

Darovas 10mg Tablet contains the active ingredient Rosuvastatin. It belongs to the category of medicines called as statins. This medication is used for treating high cholesterol and preventing heart attacks and stroke. It is advised to take a low-cholesterol diet and do regular exercises while taking this medication.

Inform your doctor if you have kidney or liver problems, severe respiratory failure, thyroid problems, continuous muscle pain, or a if you are a drinking heavy amounts of alcohol regularly before starting treatment with Darovas 10mg Tablet, and do not take it unless prescribed by your doctor. 

Inform your doctor before starting treatment with this medication if you are taking fusidic acid, or took it in the last 7 days for treating bacterial infection. Also inform your doctor before starting treatment with this medication about any anti-viral medications (including medications for HIV or hepatitis C infection) you are taking. This medication contains lactose, inform your doctor if you are lactose intolerant before you start treatment with it. Do not take Darovas 10mg Tablet if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all medicines cause side effects, not everyone gets them.
 

Serious: 

• Severe allergic reactions (Rashes, blisters and itching on the skin, breathing difficulty, swelling on the face, lips, tongue throat, ulcers of mouth, throat, nose, genitals and eyes etc).

Common: 

• Headache
• Stomach ache
• Feeling sick
• Muscle pain
• Constipation
• Dizziness
• Weakness
