Cystopen 100mg Capsule contains pentosan polysulfate sodium. It is used to relieve the bladder pain or discomfort associated with interstitial cystitis (bladder pain syndrome). Interstitial cystitis is characterized by lesions or tiny bleeds on the bladder wall. The symptoms are moderate to severe bladder pain (often with pressure), frequent urge to urinate, and sometimes pelvic pain
