Crognoc 400mg Injection is an anticancer medicine consisting of the active ingredient Bevacizumab. It is indicated along with other chemotherapy drugs to improve metastatic breast cancer, brain cancer, kidney cancer, lung cancer, colon and rectum cancer. It is a humanized monoclonal antibody that acts against the overexpression of vascular endothelial growth factor A receptors that are common in several types of cancer.

Treatment of Colorectal cancer
Treatment of Kidney (renal) cancer

Side Effects

Serious:

• Headache
• Vision changes
• Confusion
• Severe allergic reactions
• High BP
• Delayed wound healing following surgery
• Protein in urine
• Severe infections
• Blood clots in arteries and blood vessels of lungs

Common:

• Numbness
• Weakness and lack of energy
• Diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain
• Constipation
• Loss of appetite
• Weight loss
• Changes in taste and speech
