This medicine should not be stopped abruptly as it may result in sudden increase of blood pressure. It should be used along with a proper diet, salt restriction, and regular exercise for best results. Some patients may develop swelling of ankle as a side effect of this medicine. It may also produce dizziness initially, but this improves with time.

How to use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Concor AM 2.5 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
