Product Description

BDAXIT  5mg Tablet consists of the active ingredient Axitinib. It is prescribed alone or in combination with other anticancer medicines for the treatment of a type of kidney cancer (Renal Cell Carcinoma). Renal cell cancer is one of the most common forms of kidney cancer that accounts for 90% of all kidney cancers. Out of this, 30% are diagnosed when the cancer is at an advanced stage.

Before taking it, tell your doctor if you have thyroid problems, liver or bleeding problems or are taking any medicines to treat infections. Many other medicines can affect, or be affected by, this medicine so let your healthcare team know all medications you are using. This medicine is not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. The use of effective contraception by females during treatment is important to avoid pregnancy.

How to use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Bdaxit 5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
