Anosum 20gm Cream is a combination medication containing the active constituents sucralfate, metronidazole, and lignocaine. It is used to treat anal fissures. Anal fissures are tears in the anal canal (opening through which stool leaves the body), and they can cause pain and bleed with bowel movements.

How to use
